Hi Josh,
ReplyDeleteI notice you say it "sounds a bit intimidating to some at first" to consider what probiotics are or to understand more about them? How did you feel in first hearing about them? What was the tipping point that really drove you to that first purchase of the yogurts?
Also, how long before you noticed a difference in terms of your health from taking them?
How often do you use them? Are you satisfied?
Thank you in advance for your clarifications.
Well when first hearing about probiotics I wondered what exactly would be the benefit of putting bacteria into your body. Right away bacteria is always assumed as a bad thing that's why some people might be intimidated by the product because it seems like something that maybe is not suppose to be in your body. But in fact its OK and it is very good for you in some cases.
ReplyDeleteI first tried the yogurt product while staying with my aunt she had suggested it to me after I wasn't feeling that healthy over a month or so period. I take them every once in awhile when I know I need a little extra help with health and balance my digestive system.
Thanks, Josh.
